mudpatten
The Yeoman is built like an English boxlock and does not have a stock bolt. Without one in front of me to talk you through it I do remember that one has to undo the large screw under the top lever and unscrew the trigger guard which conceals the screw head which runs up into the end of the top tang. There are usually one or two screws in the tail of the trigger guard which is then unscrewed by rotating the whole guard anti clockwise. That should be all that holds it together, but do look carefully in case I`ve forgotten any screws. You probably know that a gunsmith doing this job would take care to select a turnscrew which fitted the slots precisely. If he could not find one, he would grind one to fit. You will be very lucky not to graunch the screw heads if your turnscrew is a poor fit.
