Bob, I have their 30mm, 6.5-20x50 Viper model on a 308 I use for target shooting, it has the duplex reticule and I have found it to be a very capable scope, good, clear glass, plenty of adjustment, positive clicks on the turrets etc etc, I also have one of their spotting scopes which is very good too.

I was told they are made in the Phillipines in the same factory as the Nikon scopes, how true that is I don`t know, but nothing suprises me these days.

This one was brand new, listed at nearly £500 but I paid £250 so result, the latest scope the Razor HD looks very nice but way off my budget.

Yeah, I would have prefered the tatget dot ret but hey at that price, beggars can`t be choosers :D

Marchwood in Cannock I think are the importers, there`s a good test on youtube where the scope is immersed in water overnight then put in the freezer and it still still works after its thawed out.

Good luck with you decision.
