A bit concerned.....

I've had my springer bitch a year now and she'll be two in march iirc.

Thing is; I've never noticed her to be on heat, no visible signs and no unwanted attention (not that she spends much time near other dogs).

Any ideas? Could it just be that she doesn't show it? Her previous owner didn't mention it (iirc) and she doesn't seem to have any scars on her belly so I'd guess she hasn't been spayed (not that I know much about these things however).

snap i was concerned about my GWP as she was nearly 2 before the first one, I got less concerned when the first one was the first week of the season and the second the last week and wished she hadn't started

I'm just crossing my fingers she gets past the end of this season before starting

Thanks, fingers crossed! Would be more than happy to breed from her, even if I do feel like throttling her at times!

Training's near enough gone out of the window as I'm currently working nights so other people have been walking her - and judging by how she behaves now they're letting her run riot. It's still all in there though, I can see that when I take her out (usually once a day), I just hope I can get it back when she's grown up a bit
