MK38
I'm afraid i can't make the next week or two myself Andy..... shame 'cause it's only 5minutes up the road for me. I to have a few hundred plastic shells to get rid of.... used to do Sunday's and Tuesdays up there for a while... Will give you a shout when i know i can make it. CZ550Kevlar
After a 4 year break from the place it hadn`t really changed, nice scenery nice layout and makes for a nice change of scenery, i hate to say this but i sensed gun snobbery afoot. Also seems abit clicky with some of the groups there. However there is one thing that has made me want to make this a regular shoot on my calendar, their open shoots are indeed now Tues, Weds, Thurs, Friday and Saturday they are perfectly fine with section 1 shotguns and don`t have a pant wetting episode when they see one which means i can take my favourite pigeon gun with me and also they allow the use of heavier carts they said 30gramme 6`s and 32 gramme 6`s and the like are perfectly fine to use on clays up there, i know at £33 a hundred it is slightly more expensive than Gorsewood but when you offset the higher cost against the fact you don`t need to buy 2 different carts one for clays one for pigeons it brings the cost down alot. Overall i`m planning a return visit.
