Popgun Posted January 25, 2011 Report Share Posted January 25, 2011 I'm working the Ferrets on a farm with a lot of sheep on it the ferrets keep picking up ticks which i pick off is there any thing i can use to keep them tick free as they seem to get them most days i pick them off and next day i find more i don't want to spray them with any thing untill im sure it's safe and will not harm the ferrets. thanks for your time. bignoel Posted January 31, 2011 Report Share Posted January 31, 2011 i always remove mine by putting my finger directly on top of the tick then twirl it round and round fast the tick soon lets go head legs and all then place a size 9 boot on it .
