Vipa
Anyone know what the Police stance on .338 Lap Mag for LR target work is?? I realise it's a postcode lottery in a lot of cases but was wondering if anyone out there has any experience getting one of these wee beasties on their ticket... I realise that I am highly unlikely to get this conditioned for deer... only gonna kill paper with it :yp:
fenix
Biggest problem is finding a range to use it on, its over the range limits at Bisley. But if you have access to a range where its allowed there shouldnt a be a problem. http://www.offasrifleclub.com/

If it does then the Police cannot possibly refuse you it for target shooting as you would have fulfilled their criteria of 'good reason'.
