Today a friend and I decided to have one last walk around to see if we could clear up a few more cock birds. We met at 5.30AM so we could have a couple of hours on the lamp first we bagged two dog fox's before breakfast so a good start. After a large fry up down the cafe we headed out we saw a load of hen birds which is good for this years breeding we soon got into the cock birds though we ended the day with ten cock birds four partridges and six pigeons unfortunately we lost three pheasants and two more partridge. we missed a good few as well so all in all a real good day. Now a couple of weeks off then a couple of vermin days and then back to getting all the stuff ready for next season. I hope every body's season went as well as ours :good::good: .post-11439-0-57633600-1296587024.jpg
