Had the same problem on Wednesday night! I had agreed to go out lamping foxes with Archie1234 (Richie) but we had thick fog all day on the top of the hills where the majority of our permissions are so it was a no go except for one small permission in the valley.

I have always found that lamping in fog is darned near impossible because of it reflecting the beam of the lamp back at you and then of course there are the obvious safety issues.

We have had constant fog now in our area on the high grounds for the last 4 days and it is starting to pee me off!
