Cheers Mick There is an Air Rifle club that has a ground about 3/4 of the way down the track to Worsley Grange aka Manchester Clay Shooting Club. I know this isn't in Cheshire but it is in the North West. I don't take much notice as I pass this to be honest but I think it is an Oldham based club, I'm sure one of the MCSC regulars (NickyT) will either know which club it is or will note down the details on their next visit. Hope this helps Mr Potter

Dynamic85
You could try Byley Field Target Club. I went a few years ago and it seemed like a good place. http://www.byleyftc.co.uk/ Also Chester Field Target Club has been recommended by a friend, though I've never been myself. http://www.chester-ftc.co.uk/ Hope that helps.
