Horrocks
Hi there, I couldn't find any member review of the Browning T-bolt on the forum. I'm looking to move up from the CZ as a birthday present to myself and wondered if anybody had feedback on the T-bolt, looks a tidy little rifle and theres a well-priced one nearby. The accuracy has been remarked upon but i'm more interested in the practicality of the bolt system, the likelihood of it snagging and opening as you move through cover/get out of the car. Any general user comments would be very much appreciated. Mine'd be in .17HMR. Thanks.

Thanks. my choice came down to a sako quad and a t bolt. i also struggled to get infomation on the tbolt. in the end i went for the sako quad because i wasnt 100% about the bolt system. nothing against browning as i have an xbolt and a b525. welsh warrior
got the t bolt myself .. cant find aything wrong with it ! groups are just spot on at 110 yds im talking 4 inch or less groups( not perfect conditions i might add very windy in these valleys lol ) . the bolt system is bang on doesnt jam and is very solid. easy to clean free floating barrel.the only thing ive got to say against it is the synthetic version seams thin to me if that makes any sense.i love the mag system ! 10 round clips that work every time easy to load and un load. the build quality is very very good i mean i bought mine for 500 quid and id still rather it over any other 17 hmr mainly cuase of the quick bolt action and its very fast to pick up new targets. for the money i dont think you can get better than it .
