chesterjester
Hi all, I've got some time off work so am eager to get out to shoot some pigeon and crow on one of my permissions. I'm a beginner to this sort of shooting, and have a few questions, I hoped you could answer? I haven't had much opportunity to watch the fields yet. I was hoping to be set-up by 9am in the morning? 1) What is the best 'times' of the day to set up decoys? First Light, Morning, Lunch, Evening? 2) Is it possible to set-up decoys to attract BOTH pigeons and crows? Any advice is gratefully recieved! Cranfield
It can vary area by area, so observation on your patch is probably the best answer. However, this thread seems to suggest that everyone is experiencing an early and late feeding session at the moment http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/161957-change-in-pigeon-feeding-times/.
