Recipes and dishes as served at TV chef Mike Robinson's gastro pub The Pot Kiln in Berkshire. To ensure the restaurant suceeds, Mike has to constantly re-invent the menu. He tries out some recipes using some of the locals to taste and give their opinion. Today, he tries some wood pigeon dishes.
