If pigeons are flying over your decoys and ignoring them, have a look at your hide, are the pigeons seeing you ? The more decoys you can set out the better. Nick's suggestion of using dead birds is good , as this saves you buying any more decoys. All the other suggestions are certainly worth a try, but you may just have to persevere. At the moment the birds are spoilt for choice and it can be difficult to get them to concentrate on one area for any length of time. if the pigeons are flying over your hide its not that they are seeing you its, are the decoys set out right.
