Beardo
I made some amazing Cherry vodka the year before last (recipe on here), you don't even need to remove the stones. There are plenty of cheap de stoners available though
Stour-boy
Hi Guys, thanks for your input.Whilst looking up that website for the depitters I was guided onto utube how I dont quite know but a couple of guys there were demonstrating a deppitter that they had made, I liked the idea and made one myself and a wonderful tool it is. Get an old fork and remove the two outside prongs leaving two prongs in the centre these two have to be bent at right angles about a 1/16"from the tips these hook on the other side of the pip having pushed it into the cherry and pull out the pip.I would put you onto utube but not sure how to.It is far easier than using a knife.
