yankeedoodlepigeon
My outings at this time of year are rather annoying. If I forget to put insect repellent on (I use skin so soft from Avon). I usally get a hard time from the midges but yesterday the Horse Flies were out in force. Seems nothing can stop them whatever you use. I ended up with 9 Pigeons and 15 Horse Flies. Could have had more Pigeon but didn't want to get bitten, waving and swatting puts Pigeon off line quite a bit.
Grandalf
Where abouts is Rainford? Has the sound of a damp and midge laden location. The Memsahib has just asked me to put up the first fly paper of the year. Hardly any flying 'Ooh Nasties' about in these parts.
fo5ter
Gotta be careful with Cleggs, they'll only try to change your policies
Alpha Mule
I got a bite on my neck/chin this morning and it has swollen up nicely. If it doesn't go down overnight, I'm off to the docs tomorrow.
yankeedoodlepigeon
Take a Piriton. Thats what happens to me when I get stung or bitten. Stops the reaction and makes things a whole lot better. Thats what the Dr will give you.
