monkeyjaimz Posted July 19, 2011 Report Share Posted July 19, 2011 Evening all Hope everyone is well etc. I'm wanting to gather information regarding how I'd go about setting up a large protected enclosure to house and possibly breed Red Squirrels. My family and I own/run a large-ish hotel with a fair amount of land. We are all nature lovers - as our a few of our gueats and we have been considering doing this for a long while now - the only drawback being the lack of knowledge to get started really. I have been cotrolling the greys on our land for a few years and to be honest you rarely see one now (if ever), a couple of our boundaries are within a short distance of an SSI site and nature reserve also, so we think that the notion of Red squirrels in the area can only make a good thing better. So my question is simple really: do any of you guys have any help, advice or information that could help us set this up? we'd really appreciate it - as im sure would the Red Squirrel population Cheers Jim. mods - Apologies if this is in the wrong place, I wasnt too sure where to put it!
