problem with hw100

Are you saying the action is moving independently to the stock? If so, there are two securing bolts in the underside of your stock. The one at the rear is most likely loose - it's a socket head cap screw, and should be quite tight.

 

The forward bolt shouldn't be done up too tight, as it secures the support band for the barrel and air cylinder to the stock - I have found that having this done up more than a smidgen over finger tight results in erratic accuracy. Many people replace these with a version that only ties the cylinder to the stock, leaving the barrel fully-floating, which is a good idea.

 

If it's not a loose stock bolt, then you may have parts of the inner action not secure - return it to the gunshop or a gunsmith to have it remedied immediately - high pressure air next to your face could turn nasty.

 

Also might be worth calling Hull Cartridge?
