Ghostrider1979
Anyone know how I can solve the problem of my hose leaking air behind the connector on my pump? I have used thread tape and washers on the connector but air is leaking behind the actual connector on the hose. There are no holes. I'm sorry if this post don't sound right but it's hard to explain. Fat toad
Sit the bottom of pump in a bowle fill to just over pipe and vale put your thumb over other end pump down only or you might take water into your pump if bubbles come out tube you need a new one if they come out of connection nut tighten it with spanner if it's stil leaking your seal behind the vale as ruptured you need a new one Frank ps do not pull pump Handle up when in the water be careful at all times when using above proceedure
