crosshair
Reading in the British Farming forum a chap renewed his FAC for his .223. The conditions of use had changed, previously it said he could shoot on any land he deemed safe. The new condition states "on any land the Chief Constable deems safe". Does this mean every field etc in the country will have to be inspected before a FAC is granted ?.
steve_b_wales
It seems as if he had an 'open' ticket, which is now 'closed'. I've never come across that before. Any land that he wishes to shoot on from now on, will have to be checked by the police force in that area. Normally, if the land has already been passed for that particular caliber, it will on their computer system.

Steve, It does seem strange, and your comments are correct, it appears from the farm forum that the chap involved is from south wales ?, it just says location SW. If you check the BFF forum, it comes under badger cull.
