cockercas
Just bought a loading kit. When I've loaded a cartridge if I grab the bullet I can pull it out of the case. I've followed the instructions on the box. What am I doing wrong

cockercas
Ok how do I do that then
Sm0kah
I'm not into reloading I have just picked things up from a friend as he loads most of his calibres. I maybe wrong but you might have to have a crimping die. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone with more experience will give advice.

Wind it down half a turn at a time until it is tight enough to hold your bullet head but dont go too tight. If you have a vernier measure the internal neck size and check with your reloading manual to see what size it should be.

Once it starts to bite take it down quarter a turn at a time.
cockercas
No with the ram at its lowest point I wound it thru both extremes advice from mark was to strip the die. Spot on advice as its working now
