Gun Watch Posted October 14, 2011 Report Share Posted October 14, 2011 Remington 700 SPS Stainless with HSS Precision Stock £600 .308 Rifle Private Seller Used - Excellent Condition Romford, Essex Bolt Action Description Up for sale is my Remington 700 SPS Stainless (standard barrel) .308 which is fitted with a HSS Precision stock. I have owned this rifle for exactly 12 months having purchased it from another PigeonWatch member in October 2010 who had previously sorted the trigger for a nice crisp 3lb pull. It has shot less than 250 rounds in it's lifetime with me contributing less than 50. It returns clover leaf groups at 100yds with Remy factory ammo and has previously been tested @ 600m with 5" groups off a bipod (for which I have the reloading recipe). I have only ever put factory ammo through it. The reason I am selling is because all my other rifles are Sako or Tikka and I want to commonise. It comes with a T8 moderator in excellent condition. Rifle with mod and original stock (never used) along with scope rail £600. Sling, scope, mounts and bipod (plus carpert) not included. I am located 10 minutes from J29 M25.
