Here we go again you'se guys, I want to pick your brains.

Has anyone tried the Seeland waterproof breeks? John Norris has some on offer at the moment (£60.00) and I want to know if they are any good??

I like the idea of not having to wear overtrousers when it's wet if I'm out and about either in a high seat (if I pas my DSC1), sat in a hide, shooting some ducks or just out with the dog. Any better idea's???

Thanks, flytie.

I have some Deerhunter waterproof trousers, I got them in a sale (if fact I never buy anything unless it is reduced  ) for about £30 and they are just great. I do take it very slowly crossing barbed wire fences now though knowing they could be ruined in a flash.

My missus has Seeland beater gloves and they are top notch so I don't think you will go wrong with those FT.

The cheaper alternative, but noisier, are Goretex cammo trousers, I used to wear them for stalking in Scotland, until I got the Deerhunters, and I laid up in boggy ground for 20 mins or so at a time and never got wet once :)

Do you have to have a DSC1 just to climb a high seat these days??? - blimey!! (joke)

Have got land with approval for FAC just need the DSC1 then off we jolly well go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
