Lamp mount

My scope is 50mm with a 30mm tube, so I was struggling to get a lamp mount that cleared the lens, the light reflected off it and lit up everything, making it difficult to use.

I used a Weaver scope mount to hold the lamp, as its a standard 25mm body, then made a bracket out of a grinder disc spanner

Its just the right width, so now when I need the lamp I can fasten it on in seconds and the light doesn't reflect back into my eyes! :good:

If you do such a mod, make sure the screws don't go right through the stock and into the cylinder!
