jacksdad
My scope is 50mm with a 30mm tube, so I was struggling to get a lamp mount that cleared the lens, the light reflected off it and lit up everything, making it difficult to use. I used a Weaver scope mount to hold the lamp, as its a standard 25mm body, then made a bracket out of a grinder disc spanner  Its just the right width, so now when I need the lamp I can fasten it on in seconds and the light doesn't reflect back into my eyes! If you do such a mod, make sure the screws don't go right through the stock and into the cylinder!
spookytooth
Nice idea - like it! Just noticed something though - looks like you've got camo tape around the stock. I've heard this can wick the oil out of the wood and leave it dull and dry. Just a thought
jacksdad
I've sprayed the stock dark green anyway, its not very pretty tbh  this is a working rifle, and looks like it!
