Imperfection
Try Peter Lawman as he sells 50BMG components for reloading. Edited to add that last time i was in my local gunshop they had inert 50BMG rounds on machine gun links, but cant remember how much they were charging.Linky. Windknot
Henry Kranks have some .50 cal balls and bullets in their catalogue, plus the usual blackpowder paraphenalia that would look good next to your Hawken.

Windknot
You have to be careful about this black powder stuff. I know a guy who did what you are doing- now he has a bunch of live black powder rifles and spend all his free time in his shed casting balls or on the range turning black powder into white smoke and smelling like the very a**e of Beelzebub. Good fun though- I wish I had the patience to clean BP guns after use. Still, I could see a good use for an 1885 High Wall in 40-65... foxbasher
hmmm its starting to appeal to me already. i saw a muzle loading 12g in the shop the other day and it managed to hold my attention for longer than it should. may have to look in to getting a larger (taller) safe. steve
