cant hit rabbits 123
Afternoon chaps, My poor old wax cotton jacket has just about packed in now, with holes in the pockets and tears in the cuffs, it no longer looks presentable nor is it being much use anymore. I've had a scoot around the internet looking at tweed jackets and the like, but even the small sizes are huge for me, being rather short. Anyone know where I can get hold of shooting jackets that are in significantly smaller sizes? I've even looked at teenager/childrens sizes, but the arms are all too sort. Many thanks,
haggis
There must be a tailors somewhere that could alter one for you?
tomhw100
bare in mind sporting jackets are cut in a slightly larger size so that you can shoot freely, they aren't meant to be tight it is actually called a sporting cut or fit. I know barber do extra small, but obviously they are a bit pricey have a look on the barbour website. hope this helps tom
garden gun
Most brands will have a store locator - then it is up to you to contact. On line will give sizes - Schoffel definitely do small (Mrs Gun has one), you may have to get a "Ladies" (but who cares if it fits - or am I getting something wrong here?) cant hit rabbits 123
Its looking like I'm going to have to get one taken in. I know they are generously sized, but even the small ones are huge on me. I never seem to shoot well in oversized clothes, and the butt snags on the extra clothing hanging about. Thanks for the input all the same chaps.
