al4x Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 I don't work for DHL but I am in the same industry. I can say they will do everything possible to get out of paying. Usual terms and conditions only insure to about £15 per kg of the consignment then they may insist you have receipts etc before they will process anything.
