i read all theses topics ,with guys looking for permission to shoot, i look after 6 large sites on a 2/3 some times 4/5 trips on a weekly basis, i take care of 2 sites per month,+ if need be & keep it all managed well, the land owners look after me in treats,(quads to ride/tools to use) & i get to do what i want & my freezer is always full of the best the land & seasons has to offer..

i just been offered another 850+ acre site , dont know if i can fit it in on a realiable basis ,so im gonna study it later t'day...looking like a fox site!! so it may be good in the twilight hours...cooooooool!

so if ya struggling to get permission bare in mind

1- some farmers would like a hand, baling etc.OFFER help ,take the kids to see the animals & what goes on..( a good way to get permission later) BIG SMILES

2-don't wreck the barns with holes.fix up there fences when ya walkin around(straighten em up etc)

3- don't keep em awake all nite, especially shotty guys.. ( these guys do long hours of hard graft. )

4- tidy up after ya self.(collect them old spent cartriges/shut gates/)

5- phone the land owner up, a social call works wonders! ( meet em in the bar for a pint/find out whats nigglin em!-squirrel/rooks??)

6- enjoy & have safe fun!!

word ya good gets around the place & before ya know it, you've got too much land...oooooooops!

ALL HAPPY :)
