quite possibly a lucky shot, dont know about the intension! as i have aimed & done bunny's at 180 & 220 yds with a rimmy down hill......2 outa about 15 shots tho ! & that suprised me

the cranks do it to everyone, now & again, especially the dreamers , who dont know the choke from the chicken! or should i say, "they choke the chicken !!" far too much...

its a doddle, keep the mesh, at least 6" under the ground , folded at right angle,& 6 ft high, i keep several doz, no problems..just lovelly fresh eggs.......& a great wake up sound !! as far as the rats, get an old 13/14"tyre, cut a hole in it witha joiners big ole drill(forget the name) place a waiste pipe thru min 12", put tyre some where close to outside of chicken coop, couple of hand fills of nasty orrid poison, place board over the top, with a large stone (kid proof)..& let the nasty lil fatherless critters live in there.. empty it once a month, they eat each other, when dead... top up with anything nasty !!

thats how a farmer described me to day...... i been out doing a few tree rat,pigeon & what ever........lovelly sunny start to the day , but got caught in a heavy shower....so i thoght ' *' it!! may as well stop out, few speckles of rain !! got drenched really ! seems the neighbouring farmers had to have a nosey , where the gun shots were comming from.......so, he descided to to wander about, & becons me over to have a chat... eye up, i though another tree hugger...... 'ya must be keen or down reet crazy'.. 'thems lads o'mine turn up ,once every blue moon' he says '..never about ,unlesss it suits 'em !! i seen ya a few times over there,keeping Mr******* , farm pest free.......'d'ya have time to do me a favour ..regular tha knows'.. he says. & that was that........ back to car.. pen & paper out, sign this sir , & were ok........ what a lovelly spot, free run too ..( 500 acre of wood, farm land)...'just dont over do it' he says.. nnnnnnnniiiiiiiiiice. so wet, cold, & a brill day, feel much better now after a hot shower.......aaaaaaaarrrrrrr

only draw back is......they all getting wind of it, even the large supermarkets are having a battle !! & prices are going up , touching 80p a litre , compared to 1 yr ago at 45/50p litre !!

any problems with a 'colourful past '

after speaking to a few buds who go to orlando, florida & the likes on family holidays, it seems a absolute nightmare getting in thru customs, in all the airports, especially the major places (USA) . they tell me they have 3 to 4 hrs to get thru customs, with forms ,pics & finger prints to take...& seen whole families turned back (what a waste of a holiday cost) can any one share thre experiences?? As i have been invited over for a few hunts & shoots etc, but......... with my 'colourful' past, i'm feeling doubtful !! (no firearms will be taken) i hold all the certs poss here in the Uk, shotty & firearms , with more sections than an orange.. cheers......

sounds daft..... but i am trully amaised how many guys i know shoot & don't want there game, animal or what ever to take home & enjoy. .....they simply shoot for the sake of it, to kill & destroy our wildlife for what ?:good:?......Durrrrrrrrr!! maybe i'm missing some thing here, but are they too tight to join a club & paper punch ?? are there deranged ?? whats that about ?? :unsure:
