Slipster
I have just recently (fingers crossed) been offered a place in a 6 gun syndicate on approx 500 acres, It consists of 10 organised game shoots a year (Pheasant)and then between these you can shoot Pigeon when ever you like. My question is what would i start with regards decoying equipment for the Pigeon. The fields are nearly all arable with rotated crops. My funds are rather depleted at the moment after buying my guns and dog and i even had to buy her in doors a new pair of slippers to keep in her good books I do have access to a fully fitted engineering workshop so any DIY projects I would be most gratefull. Thanks in anticipation Slipster
stupidsalmon
homemade magnets are fairly easy to do, you need a windscreenwiper motor, speed controller (not essential), 12v battery, sprung steel, various other sections of steel/metal to make ground spikes, wing spreaders and arm attachments. Cost me about £20 in total to make including a battery and spray paint, Will post some plans up soon, Bouncers are also easy to make using sprung steel, ss
