These batteries are mainly used for camera's, night vision etc. For your lamps, you need something like 10 -17 amp/hr. The bigger the amp/hour, the longer the battery power will last. sixhills 69 Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 Hi "mAh" means milli amp hour so the battery you are talking about would be a 12volt 9.800 amp hr for a lamp which you have mentioned you would need around 17amp hr if you could join to together and hook the lamp up you wouuld be able to test the drain on the battery, If my mind serves me right if you connect in parallel + to + and then - to - you will get 12volt 19.60 amp hr please don't hold me to this im sure someone on here will correct me Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
