click
Bagged me a 80+ yard magpie yesterday with S510 FAC, allowing for wind and everything, but I am rather good. Nice mate, I want one with the hmr

30-6
I zero for 40 yds with 18g AA (AA XTRA s410 - 31 to 34 ft/lbs over 30 shots for a 180 bar fill), mainly used for ambushing rabbits from warrens, where you can place yourself in a good position. To be honest since having the 2 rimfires it don't get used a lot as i find it heavy to carry and too long a length, i wish i had chosen a carbine. But i have had great results with it, and after shooting a sub 12 ft/lbs you can certainly notice the difference. Good to use if ground is rock hard. One thing i find though is pulling the bolt handle back to reload causes (me anyway) pain around the thumb area of my hand due to the effort required. Am i glad i bought it - yes, would i buy another - yes, but not this model.
