FalconFN
I'm brewing some nettle beer at the moment but all of the info I've found says to leave it brewing for 3 days then transfer to bottles. I'm concerned about making bottle bombs if I do this but equally I'm concerned that if I leave it to ferment out and then prime the bottles it be too dry. Also they recommended bread yeast, which I have used, but is there a good reason for this? Any tips would be very much appreciated.
Magus69
Sounds like what your making there is the soft drink version more of a variaton on traditional ginger beer than anything else. Plastic bottles cope well with that sort of brew but swing top bottles are much better and will vent off excess co2. Mike...

I may ferment completely and prime the bottles then, and if it's too dry I can add lemonade. Cheers.
