fuzzypigeon
Well I went out today with proTOM, got to his around 11am, Tom took us to a paddock, Tom set up the decoys and flapper while I mooched about and finally finished playing with the hide. Once settled in Tom went for a look about I managed 1 pigeon and 3 jackdaws. Tom then moved us onto some rape. When we arrived there was a few get up, again Tom set up the decoys while I made a complete hash of the hide. Well I shot quite badly and coupled with the invincible pigeons I had a cracking day I have just had a count up of the empties, shot 71carts today, I couldn't miss the blackies today ending with 1 crow and 3 jackdaw. But the pigeon was another story, if it came in from the left I hit more than I missed but if it came in from the right well let's just say that's where all those extra empties are from, all in today it was 4blackies 30 woodies. So if anyone gets a chance to go out with Tom, do it!! Cracking bloke and knows his stuff!!

He certainly puts in the preparation and works hard. I would certainly recommend a session for anyone new, or with no permission of their own, or who just fancies a change of scenary.
