I have tries.contacting them on a number of different occasions at different times of the day over the past couple of months. I need to change my address after moving house, every time it just rings then says no one can answere now ,try back later. I then thought I would email my memeber number and new address to them, no response. Now I'm thinking if I ever need to get hold of them for insurance reasons how hard is this going to be. Hopefully I never will need to but I'm insured for peace of mind. Has anybody else found this? With my insurance up in September I'm thinking of going with someone else.
