unclestuffy
This is my 16 month old ESS, that I have been trianing. We went out the other day for some more trianing for retreiving from a pigeon hide, which went very well. The last four birds he went out , picked up without fussing and brought them back through the hide entrance and dropped them at my feet. He is beginning to show some good form at the moment marking the birds down and going straight to them. He didn't bother with the decoys or the rotary, nor did he run out with the gun shots. Is there anything else that the dog would need for pigeon shooting - other than the usual witty remarks of gun fit, swing through etc Thank you
