Benellimelody
Hi all. For the past six months my f3 has occasionally not fired - When this happens - the trigger is stiff as if i have not taken off the safety, yet I have. The safety does have a slight hint of play so figure that sometimes it might not engage the trigger. Last week I took the stock off and cleaned a little (without dismantling) and have fired a slab without it missing a beat up to press so might be resolved....? Even though I am hoping the the problem is sorted, it is playing on my mind that it might reoccur so I am thinking of getting it serviced - I have a place in mind but was wondering if there were any gunsmiths not too far from me who specialise in blasers? Thanks Edited June 18, 2012 by Benellimelody
Abc
Could be a cartridge issue, where the top lever doesn't close properly
Benellimelody
Could be a cartridge issue, where the top lever doesn't close properly Thanks but dont think it is a cartridge issue This is because when it has happened If i set the safety back on and off again then re-try - it fires
BlaserF3
Did you buy it new? If you did it will be under warranty. If you did not then it really needs to go to Open Season anyway.

No - second hand from sportsmans 3 years since - Thats what I thought but would you not trust a decent gunsmith to give it the same treatment as Open Seasons? BlaserF3
Any other 'smith will not have the parts available. They very rarely go wrong and your "clean" might have moved a bit of muck which was causing the problem.
