OddJob
For sale is a brand new, never used Bowman Supermatch One auto trap. I am selling this for my school shooting club who won it at The School's Challenge recently. Due to health and safety, it is going to be tricky to use it, so we are going to sell it to fund the club/guns/travel etc. I have priced it competitively so that you get a good deal but the students get the most benefit. Retailing at £800-£900 after a quick Google, added to that the £75 option of the very handy trolly. Sale price: £750, save yourself £125 (pick up from Essex, CM6 3FR only) Trap has everything supplied as new: standard and midi clay loaders, safety ring, additional trolly (£75 option), leads etc. It looks like this: Actual picture in my glorious garage to prove its real: Bowman Website: http://www.bowmantraps.co.uk/our-products/automatic-traps/supermatch-one Spec: - Portable - Fast re-cocking time of 0.9 seconds means up to six clays in the air at once. - 65 clay capacity which can be extended to a capacity of 100 clays. - Elevation to 75°, from horizontal to springing teal. - Spring tension provides great performance with a standard clay throwing distance of 80 metres and midi clay throwing distance of 90 metres - Trap weight of 24KG (ideal for fitting in the back of a car/moving around a lot) - Mini barrow weight of 7Kg. - Twin spring clay support system for extra stability. - Wet clay separator. - Hard wired circuitry with a 30 AMP fuse. - Direct gear drive means no chain. - No spanners required for elevation or spring tension. - A yellow safety ring is supplied to stop people wandering into the blade of the trap. OddJob
I will consider swapping this for both 12g and 20g shotguns though they must be in good, safe working order as they will be for the school team. Please get in contact.
bakerboy
If the trap has not been used, would Bowmans take it back and give a cash equivalent payback, although it would most probably be the wholesale price not the retail price I would think. OddJob
On further investigation, the trap can be bought for £750 upwards. Therefore, I'll let this go for £575 so you can grab a bargain.
