aga man Posted July 1, 2012 Report Share Posted July 1, 2012 hi guys, i have been shooting a lot of rabbits again lately and a lot of them are half grown and perfect for a salad. trouble is i'm no chef but would love to prepare a salad with these rabbits that the wife and my young kids will enjoy. i have always roasted these half grown rabbits with bacon wrapped round them, which is fine but surely there is a better way. any advice much appreciated. aga man.
