pro keeper Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 Hi, ive have made a portable mesh trap with a funnel at the top, which i put over problem feeders, dont put in any bottom entry points or you will catch pheasants, keep to the rules of trapping ie water and checking them. food will be in form of the food in the feeder, on my shoot we use small feeders which makes the trap more practical, i dont have a photo of mine but the photo below shows you a rough idea! this works very well, a little tip is never kill all the birds in the trap leave 1 or 2, in only a few days you will have caught the most of them then move the trap to the next problem feeder, rgds phil Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
