guest1957 Posted July 13, 2012 Report Share Posted July 13, 2012 Not quite what you are after but I'm just developing a cocktail with gooseberry syrup, elderflower cordial, gin and lemon juice: 1 measure gooseberry syrup 1 measure elderflower cordial 2 measures gin Dash lemon juice. To make gooseberry syrup cover kilo gooseberries with water bring to boil and squash gooseberries, sugar too taste but slightly sweet. Strain through muslin and cool.
