miroku_fan
Try the precision fit Limbsaver pad. Sold by Avalon Guns or even cheaper on eBay. It is excellent for absorbing recoil but does add approximately 30mm to the length of your stock.
BlaserF3
The Micro core is better than the gel tek and a lot better than the standard rubber one, they can be had in two thicknesses also. I have one on my own gun. The limbsaver is good but they are very "sticky" when you mount the gun.
miroku_fan
The only time I have found the Limbsaver pad "sticky" is when I have mounted the gun in a sloppy manner. The pad encourages you to place the stock into your shoulder correctly and the bonus is that it will take the sting out of the sharpest cartridge. In my opinion it is one of the very best recoil pads on the market..
