bazzashadow
superb set up today Alan apart from stand 7 b bird but you had to show us with both eyes shut and hand behind your back looking forward to the flush and we would of been over more often but it has been clashing with our club shoot
bakerboy
Hi Alan I have picked up 4 more shooters at a Charity shoot today. I will confirm names etc as soon as I have them. It could be on my return from holiday 7th October. It will be good to see you at the Helice Shooting day on the 14th October Terry
countryside lass
Just to prove he can actually shoot as well as he sets up targets, Alan showed us all how to do it by winning the charity shoot at Suffield on Saturday at a canter - 47/50 (he proved he was actually a mere mortal like the rest of us by missing one of the easy going away B birds on stand 1 or it would have been 48/50). Little village fun raising event that was nearly spoilt by them running out of clays half way through the day - could have been disasterous but was salvaged by one of the trade stands fetching 6 boxes of clays from home and all the pick-ups being reloaded into the traps. Even though it wasn't advertised very well, with £100 prize money on offer it was bound to attract a few shooters so to run out of clays was almost laughable - let's hope the organisers get it sorted for next year...........
