demonwolf444 Posted October 14, 2012 Report Share Posted October 14, 2012 I fancy persueing a life as a gamekeeper, its been a long standing ambition of mine since i was probably 13 when i first went beating. I am aware that jobs are few and far between, its a very static job, with long hours, out doors, ill never be rich, ill be underpressure etc.. However i love the outdoors and countryside, i enjoy shooting sports, organising people, seeing something through and at some point i might even enjoy myself. Im currently writing letters out to estates and keepers with whom ive had dealings with in the past, asking for any experience they can give me in the summer of 2013, or evenings and weekends and school holidays between now and that time. I got thinking and thought i might as well be cheaky and have an ask on here aswell, to see if i can find anything more local to me.
