karpman, great to see your pictures and hope you will take this as helpfull.

 

I dont know what equipment you are using but there are a couple of problems here,

 

firstly the head is overexposed and the whites are blown, easy to do in bright light as you have here, do you have the "blinkies" function on your camera which shows up the overexposed parts ?

 

secondly the picture is not very sharp, you can sharpen using a post production program such as lightroom or photoshop
