chrispti
Lead in the stock bolt hole. I used a fishing weight, wrapped it up with insulation tape so it was a tight fit, and wedged it in. I just wind a long screw into the weight and pull it out if I need to remove it.
RAMMER BURT
As title my new browning gp 32" feels abit barrel heavy so want to add weight to stock . Any idear how I do this also make sure the weight is in tight or you will have a sore shoulder after a 100 sporting as the weight makes the gun double kick when fired,my mate puts lead shot out of carts in hes stock tightly pack in
The Essex Hunter
As title my new browning gp 32" feels abit barrel heavy so want to add weight to stock . Any idear how I do this What I did for a guy was to cut some roofing lead in strips then covered the stock in tape to protect it and kept adding until he was happy with the amount. That was weighed and converted in to shot and fitted in to the stock. The advantage of using roofing lead was it did not build up the stock height to much. Personally I think you should just keep using the gun and you will adjust to it, the problem will be if you chop and change on to a second gun.
