mahmood Posted October 15, 2003 Report Share Posted October 15, 2003 Hey guys just wondering when u out decoying do u wait for the pigeons to land and then shoot them or just when they r close enough to u. lately i have seen them land in with the decoys and just wait for about 10-15 seconds before they find out sumthings not right. Cranfield Posted October 15, 2003 Report Share Posted October 15, 2003 Its obviously more sporting to shoot them "in the air", than when they have settled. If two or three birds come in to the decoys and they are not all in range at the same time, I will let the first one land, shoot one of the others coming in and then (hopefully), shoot the sitting bird when it takes off.
