Gun Watch
Daystate MK3 £550 .177 Air Rifle Private Seller Used - Mint Condition York, Aberdeenshire Pre-Charged Pneumatic Description Immaculate Daystate MK3 FAC running at 19ftlbs (as fast as you can go without breaking the sound barrier). Using Bisley Magnums is a very effective tool. Probably only had 5 tins of pellets through in its life. I've had this gun from new. I find I'm using it less and less. It's not good to leave these guns unused as the seals perish and the battery deteriorates. As such, this gun was fully serviced by Daystate last year (new seals and battery). Shoots like new - it's a different gun! Perfect for long range / close quarter work where a rimfire is too dangerous. Brutally accurate. This gun will put 3/5 pellets through the same hole at 45 yards. Not a tall claim - I've done it! This gun is being sold by Pigeon Watch member dcliff. dcliff
Hi all... due to recent findings, this gun is now greatly reduced, see below: Due to lack of use, the seals have started to perish and leak. This gun is now only operating at 13.5 ft lbs. Hence the new price of £200. I have been offered £400 by the local gun shop, had it been up to its full factory operating pressure of 19ftlbs. Daystate will carry out a full service, including new battery and certify it at full power (19ftlbs) for £180. Total cost: £380, still £20 under the part ex value from the gunshop, who also need to make a profit on the sale. This gun is immaculate and this is a steal for anyone prepared to put in a bit of effort. I'm not, so I'm prepared to take a massive loss just to get rid. I can't justify keeping such a fine weapon and not using it. Make me an offer - you'll be surprised!
tweedledee
How many shots at low power? Is the battery holding charge?
dcliff
Hi Everyone, Even tho this gun requires a service to return it back to full power IT STILL REQUIRES AND FAC TO PURCHASE IT. Further the that, you MUST HAVE .177 AVAILABLE ON YOUR TICKET. Didn't mean to shout.. Everybody who has called, texted or emailed so far doesn't have an FAC.
