New PC Monitor

I have purchased a 19" LCD TFT wide screen monitor from Play.com, ordered by PC on Saturday, delivered today. :good:

It is very impressive , with excellent colour, visibility etc.

There is one thing I don't like, is the style of letters.

I am using Mozilla Firefox.

So, I go to "View"> "Character Encoding" and its on "Unicode (UTF-8)".

I thought "Western (ISO-8859-2)" might be better and selected it.

Nothing seemed to be any different and when I went back and checked, I'm back on "Unicode" again.

It seems probable that "Unicode" is the default setting, but I can't find where to change it, does anyone have any ideas ?
