BerettaSV10
Doveridge is just turn up and shoot, you need some sort of id as they use a claymate counter system. You leave the id with them and get it back when you hand back the counter when you finished shooting and pay for the clays you have used. They are closed Mon and Tues to general public shooting, You are free to roam around the place to shoot which ever stands you want with no escourt, the 3 or 4 beginers stands might be out of bounds if they have tuition going on. http://www.doveridgeclaysports.co.uk/

westmids1987
Just got back from doveridge with a few work friends and apart from shotgun double discharge (see other thread) had a fantastic time, staff very welcoming to new shooters, very relaxed layout, shot 75 carts each and had a little competition between us on the last 25. Enjoyed by all 4 of us,i think a couple putting in for their own SGC soon, great ground will defiantly visiting again. The 'other' half is joining me next week, any recommendations for lower recoil carts?
BerettaSV10
The lowest recoil cartridges that I know that are good are the Hull Comp X 21g and if you prefer 28g carts then the Comp X 28g carts are very soft recoil ones as well. They both come in fibre or plastic wad, with the plastic wad versions haveing the lower recoil. How much is it per clay at Doveridge, I have not been for a while.
